Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is packed. Once the fulfilment centre packs your parcel, changes are no longer possible and it will be treated as a return.

How to return

Mail the item back

Use a traceable delivery service. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.

Within 14 days of receiving the RAC

Inspection and refund

Once we receive and verify the item is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund. Product cost only is refunded; shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A S$5 handling fee will be deducted.

Refund within 7 to 14 business days after approval

Refunds are returned to the original PayPal account or credit card. If the card has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your banking institution.

⚠Wrong or defective items

If we sent the wrong product or it arrived with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no charge.
